Its been a crazy market right now but Maria is on top of everything... She knows the people who could help us and find a home, he knows people who can give us a better deal with insurance and most importantly she knows lender who has the lowest rates on the market! We'll for sure to recommend her on our small Filipino community and all the people I know... More power to you Maria... I did this after she answers my phone at 1100PM... thats how dedicated Maria is...

My Wife and I have gone through mortgage renewals, looked into RTM's, new builds, modular homes, and pre made homes. every step of the way Maria was there to lend her wisdom and vast arsenal of industry expertise. we were able to call her day or night, she always made time for us, was always kind and had an impressive turn around time. we would recommend Maria strongly!

We have chosen to work with Maria on a mortgage renewal, as well as a recent new mortgage on a second home. Maria is easy to reach, work with and everything was able to be completed remotely due to covid 19. She offered us the very best rates on the market without hassle.

Maria was excellent to work with. She helped us navigate the renewal process and ended up getting us an amazing interest rate. We especially appreciated how accommodating & accessible she was. Wow, I put an offer in and nine days later, I have a home. It's a very stressful time but Maria made it a lot easier. She got me an interest rate so low, that you got to lock in for as long as you can. Maria came to my residence when I couldn't get to her. She goes over and beyond. I highly recommend Maria Titarenko.
