Maria Titarenko helped my husband and I secure a mortgage, and she was absolutely amazing. We applied during the COVID-19 pandemic and the mortgage rules were constantly changing, but Maria stayed on top of everything and fought to help get us a mortgage for a house with a reasonable downpayment that we love and needed to move into FAST. She was really knowledgeable and helped answer all our questions and concerns. It was a very frustrating process because we were not ideal candidates and the timing was horrible, but Maria made it as painless as possible and was always professional. Thanks so much Maria.
